CH07 Shell Chair

A sculptural lounge chair whose wing-like shell hovers on three legs, the CH07 was so far ahead of its time when Wegner designed it in 1963 that the world wasn’t ready. Production ceased, and it wasn’t until the 2000s that Carl Hansen & Son revived it to widespread acclaim. Today it is recognized as one of Wegner’s most daring and visually striking creations.
